At Hearts Forever Jewellers, we offer flexible payment options to make your luxury jewelry purchase more accessible.
Deposit for In-Store Collection
You may place a deposit to reserve your chosen piece for collection at our store. Please note:
- Deposits are non-interest bearing and will not generate any interest
- Deposits will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original transaction
- The balance must be paid in full before collection
- Reserved items will be held for 30 days from the date of deposit
4-Month Installment Plan
We offer an interest-free installment plan to spread the cost of your purchase over four months:
- Pay 25% of the total purchase price each month for four consecutive months
- No interest charges or additional fees apply
- First payment of 25% is due at the time of purchase
- Subsequent payments of 25% are due on the same date each month for the following three months
- Your item will be dispatched once the final payment has been received and cleared
Important Terms
- No Interest: Neither deposits nor installment payments accrue interest
- Refund Policy: All deposits and payments will be refunded using the original payment method
- Payment Schedule: Missed installment payments may result in cancellation of your order
- Ownership: Title to the goods remains with Hearts Forever Jewellers until payment is received in full
- Eligibility: Payment plans are subject to approval and may not be available for all items
